§ 75-79. Required equipment.

Members of the Police Department on patrol shall carry the following equipment:

A. 

Memorandum book.

B. 

Motor vehicle summons book.

C. 

Borough summons book.

D. 

Indelible pencil or fountain pen.

E. 

Regulation issue revolver, loaded.

F. 

Regulation night stick.

G. 

At least six extra cartridges.

H. 

Traffic whistle.

I. 

Locker key.

J. 

Watch, in good operating condition and keeping accurate time.

K. 

Regulation handcuffs and carrier.

L. 

Holster and belt.

M. 

Flashlight.
