§ 75-81. Changes or corrections in reports.

No member of the Police Department may make any change, correction or erasure on any record, report, summons or other documents, except that a correction may be made by the use of a straight line placed through the corrected words in such a manner that the original entry remains legible and said correction shall be initialed by the person making the same.
