§ 75-70. Care of evidence.

In the investigation of an alleged crime or suspicious death, a member of the Police Department so engaged shall exercise every precaution to avoid destroying or impairing the value of any and all evidence on the body or bodies, effects and surrounding property, particularly avoiding the destruction of fingerprints.
