§ 75-47. Participation in matters affecting Department.

Latest version.

All matters pertaining to or affecting the Department, contemplated or proposed by members, shall be submitted to the Chief of Police and/or Deputy Chief. Members are strictly prohibited from taking part in any plan affecting the Department or its operation, either directly or indirectly, except after consultation with and gaining permission from the Chief of Police and/or Deputy Chief.
