§ 75-25. Care of equipment.

The equipment carried in each radio patrol car shall be inventoried each time the crews change tours. All members shall be held responsible for the good condition and safekeeping of all equipment. If any of the equipment is out of order, damaged or missing, a report setting forth all the facts shall be submitted to the Chief of Police through the shift officer.
